Nobody talks about the loneliness that parents feel with the arrival of a baby, especially when there is no close support available. It's a feeling I know well because I went through it with my husband. Far from our families to provide support, I vividly remember the sense of solitude faced with parenthood.
I am a certified lactation consultant and certified baby sleep consultant.
Located near Lyon, I can travel to the cities of Genas, Mions, Meyzieu, Chassieu, Valencin, Chaponnay, and their surroundings. I offer personalized support at home, online, or at the maternity ward.
Passionate about the world of parenthood, since 2020 my mission with Maternara has been to accompany you and your family hand in hand on the journey of breastfeeding, baby and child sleep, and various other topics, in the gentlest way possible.
Together we will discover a bit more about your baby, what they might want to convey through their smallest gestures, reactions, or even the slightest of their sounds – and this, from their very first hours of life.
Respect, trust, ethics, and transparency are the pillars of my work, whether it's with you: Mom and Dad, but also and especially with your baby.
I am here to lend you a helping hand and show you that the journey of parenthood can be easier: in all its aspects, at every stage.
Drawing on my experience in various countries, my consultations can be conducted in four languages: French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese. Thus, I can always be by your side, hand in hand, regardless of your culture, place of residence, or the language you speak – well, almost always!
